IRC Channel Security

The IRC channel is now secure. The people currently on the access list are:

Anyone else who wants in make sure you are registered on the Apolyton server and post your registered nick. I'll add yer in

Something seems to have happened to the IRC channel.

vondrack is the only one with any permission level set (unless the server didn't give me any more information because I wasn't opped), and the channel seem to be reset: someone named "Shivik" came in, then left while I was there, so security's down, and redstar1 is still opped, despite not being on the access list, so I doubt there's any opping control either.
