I realized we don't really have a place for reporting any changes on the map (except for chat, where it'll only reach a few people, if any), so I figured I'd start a thread.
I only noticed this turn that RP has moved their capitol to Pamplona, a much more central location, by abandoning Madrid with a settler. ("New Madrid" has since been founded.) I went back through the last three saves and found it happened two turns ago, in 430 BC.
RP is now in a much better position than before; their northern "wall" should now have more average corruption, and actually be productive. They may not be up to snuff with GS, or even us, but they may be quite a challenge for GS if they intervene.
