A new poster (though Jul 2002 member) in the public forum has a Legoland CivGroup icon next to his name. I don't think he was on the list before. Has anyone gotten a PM from him?

I looked at his fist post (he only has 2). He asked to join in July 2002, and was accepted. He has been inactive (as far as posts) since then. -
Should have thought to check his posts. If you're reading this, sorry BC.
