I still have not recieved a return PM. This makes me a little curious because it says that he is from Wisconsin. I am from there as well and asked him to be more specific. He has read my PM just hasn't responded. I think he can't be more specific as he might not actually be from Wisconsin. He might be a DL created long ago by another teams member that someone is trying to get in with. Until I hear back from him (and the longer it takes the less likely I want him) I vote no (not that I am the difinitave answer, but I just don't see a reason to let him in yet).
