Please do not invade other countries cultural areas. not only does ND have a complete map of our area from their scouts, but they have gold and techs to sweeten an alliance deal against us right now.

We lost a lot of credibility with our little invasion last turn, just like Lux lost credibility with us when they sat in our culture zone.
