We will build the UN on turn 1335 AD. With 3 votes we can win (we have ND's assured and might get Vox's) BUT we'd need either Roleplay or Lego destroyed. If you read the Save Game comments thread I posted that I gave a spot to Lego on Little Bob in case they want to settle and we'd capture their city. This would happen on 1330 AD, perfect timing.
But if Lego DOESN'T quit, we need to take out RP in a lightnight strike. This would have to be done on 1335 AD at the latest. With the ND-RP crisis as an excuse I moved all units from Lego back to the mainland. We have 31 marines and we could build up as many as 40-45 for the attack turn.
Unfortunately I spied on RP last turn (see last turnthread's pics) and they are building Mech Infs now, though they still have only Infantries in Santa Barbara (the invadable city).
I think we should investigate Santa Barbara (100g) next turn (1330 AD) just to see how the defenses are and if sufficiently weak, invade. Their close cities would fall quickly and they'd be totally destroyed. This would have to be a one-turn affair since if we stall, GS could gift them a city and they'd vote against us.
I repeat, this is only a plan IF Lego does not self-destruct within the next turns.
