New city in our South East (south of Surfer's Paradise). This city will have the important function of allowing our subs and the rest of our fleet to cross to the southern part of the sea (towards GS's homeland) without actually having to cross the ocean which had a GS sub crawling around.

But can they still block the route with a stack of hidden subs in one of the tiles ?

I think you're talking about the strait between us and Roleplay, in which case no, they can't block it since our fleet can pass through Port Isolation and come out on the southern end.

The new city (will be called Devil's Horn) will be S-SE-SE from Surfer's Paradise. See the link below, there's a Mech Inf in position where the city will be built. We already have one nuke sub at Surfer's.
