the game is not moving very fast these days (turn in about 2-3 days), after you relocate we can hold elections.

that actually surprised me quite a bit, GoW's territory isn't very rubber-friendly other than in forests, that's one of the reasons one of our settlers was in the jungle last turn (will found a city next turn).
