- This will be the last turn of 3-worker stacks. After completing this turn's improvements, workers will go to one tile (the flat terrain tiles) and RR, they will finish the turn before we get RepParts a nd will be moveable in the turn that we get it. RepParts increases worker efficiency by 50% so we'll only need stacks of 2 to RR flat terrain or 4 to RR hills.
