I was thinking, all of our new south-eastern cities once founded will be horribly corrupt due to the position of our FP. If we can build Corthouses they will be far better off, however, building them will take forever, and rushing them will cost us an arm and a leg.
Now, given that we have Leo's, we can do something I do in my post-medieval games to get those remote outposts somewhat produtive: disband Cavs. We can produce some horses, upgrade them to Cavs (50g) which, when disbanded leave 20 shields.
Normally, rushing an 80 shield Courthouse is 320g. We can drop that cost to 200g with only 4 horse-cav upgrades. Obviously we would not likely have to use the 4 upgrades, perhaps only 2-3 per city to speed it up which means we'll only need about 100-150g per city.
Obviously this all depends on how much money we will accumulate in the near future, but it should merit some discussion in the meantime.
