Ningpo as settler/worker pump?
I believe we can use Ningpo as a settler/worker pump since it can work an irrigated game tile. I switched it last turn to a granary for this to work best. It should be done in 5 turns. After that we start building settlers and micromanaging it to get those units done while maintaining size.
