I've played through the next turn (600 AD) and if ND sends you 180 gold and WM accepted next turn, it should work. You'll have to turn down science this turn, but you can turn it back up next turn past where you would have normally had it.
If the problem persists until next turn despite this, I will look into it more thoroughly.
Things being as they are, you can continue playing.
