Paoting will finish an Aqueduct in 2 turns, I suggest a Harbor next and crank some ships. I also want to build a temple quick at Zayrut, irrigate the plains so it can use the hills and have a somewhat-decent productive capacity. Something similar with Alert.

Btw, do we want to build a settler in Port Isolation??

We should actually start to colonize the eastern strip of Bob that we have. I'll put forward a settling plan for it.

2 plans:

1. Wide spacing, just using cities to fill up the place since they will probably tend to be corrupt.



2. Tighter spacing. Only a few tiles not in any city radius.
