Urgent Business

I believe a looong looong time ago Panzer and UnO made some city planning. After we finish the Bank at IC we will start making settlers so it would be a good idea to start discussing those plans.

IIRMCPC (if I remember my city placements correctly) there is only one obvious spot left to plant a city, south of yellowknife. We may be able to fit one or two there (one near irongard). If we needed to we could squeeze one north of skulgaria (I think). Other than that, we have a strip of land on the east coast down by ND to populate, I suggest large spacing just to claim the land since cities down there won't produce much except food.
