Ok first of all sorry for not being so active during the last couple of days but RL has been getting to my head lately, and I'll probably be even busier next month but don't worry, I'm still here... like it or not!
And I'm still the CoFA, like it or not!
So, first of all appointments. UnO expressed his desire to step down as ambassador to GS and GF has taken his place. Good. GF's no-bull**** approach is perfect for this role. No more stinkin' appeasement to those jerks. Full hardball from now on. And yes, that's a foreign affairs directive from now on: NO MORE MR. NICE GoW TOWARDS GS. MAKE IT VERY DAMN CLEAR THAT WE WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE SO THAT THEY WON'T WIN THIS GAME.
2nd of all. I believe we should first send our announcement to GS, and only after hearing their response do we post in the public forum. Remember, despite us being technically the aggressors, we must force them to do the thing they DON'T want to do: which is declare war themselves. If we show sufficient proof that we can convince the world that THEY, not us, violated the NAP, they may hesitate to do what they so dearly want. Also, the threat of the UN vote should be another stimulant. Anyway, in short: make THEM make the public announcement, not us, so that the rest of the world can slam them for it. If they're smart they'll realize what happened the last time, especially if one of their less diplomatic folks takes a shot at it...
3rd of all. GoW should not take Bilbao. If GS lands troops there, it is much better than if they land them in our homeland. Plus, since most of our army is south, should it come to blows, we are better prepared south as well as we don't risk our vital infrastructure.
4th of all, both H_E and GF's statements towards GS are very good. I think for a final version we can use elements of both. We must also think of when to send them this message. I suggest we send it before they get their turn although RP has surely told them about it by now.
Umm... anything else I forgot to say?
