Well it's not that evil since we're in such a dire situation that our dastardly deeds are best left for another day.
Rather it is most likely like a summary of what our priorities should be and how to made the best out of them. Right now passion runs high among us, we'd love to take and raze Bilbao and spit down GS's throats but logic must always come before passion.
First of all, our long term policy goals have changed. It is dificult to imagine us win this game with ND alone. However, I think everyone shares a certain hatred of GS. Thus,
1) The objective for GoW must be to ensure that GS does not win this game.
note that this basically implies that we have hardly a hope of winning alone, and thus forfeit victory as long as that victory is not to be achieved by GS. Yes, it's hard to swallow but then, life is tough. We squandered our building, our city placement, bla bla bla, I find it hard to think we could ever be more than a distant 3rd economically to anyone.
2) The nation most likely to challange GS for victory is Lego. Thus it is in our vital interest to assist Lego in every way we can.
Yep. That means no backstabbing Lego anymore. We're in the same boat as them.
3) We are more useful to Lego alive than dead.
Lego is in no position to secure Bob. Their army is weaker, much weaker than ours or ND's even. (Just look at the powergraph). GS on the other hand can take Bob and secure it. Thus, we must do anything to avoid a conflict with GS that may lead to our destruction.
4) We must destroy Roleplay
No, this isn't just because we have a grudge with them, but because if a Lego-ND-GoW alliance is to be truly effective, it would be best we take on GS alone, not allied. GS cities on Bob will be far away and corrupt. If those cities are taken back by Roleplay, that means much more trouble than GS in control.
What I think we should do
1) We have talked with Lego a few hours ago. They are on our side apparently, they cannot offer military help, but will consider a strong wording against GS regarding their presence on Bob. This diplomatic pressure, might be enough to at least have GS "back-off" in case they have anything nasty in their minds.
2) We reafirm the NAP we have with GS. They "officially agreed to it" in the chat. If their honor code is so good as they say it is, they have no choice but to stand by it.
3) We continue the war with RP until the end. Our NAP is for 30 turns. RP should be dead by then. They would be doing al this if they weren't pathetically weak. (then again they are pink-pissing gay-ass midget wimps... sorry, no offense to midgets and gays by comparing them to RPers).
NOW FOR THE EVIL PART
We can still use GS to our favor. How? Think of this: RP obviously promised GS a large part of their territory in exchange for their survival, probably 3 or more cities. However as RP falls back they will surely gift the other cities to GS under the promise that GS will give them back one the war is over. But what if the war is over and no RP is left? GS keeps the cities. So, we tell the GS, we will continue our war, bypass their cities, take RP ones, if they gift them, so be it. In the end there will be no more RP and the cities are theirs.
In the meantime... we let Lego buildup for war, so do we, and only after this is all done, DO WE MASSIVELY BACKSTAB GS ON BOB. Yeah, you heard me. Those ****** will end up facing all of us. Kick them out of Bob hopefully. Hopefully Lego can by then supply us with a nice large amount of defensive troops while we contribute the bulk of the attacking force.
So, whaddaya think? That last paragraph might be a little crazy, but please comment on the rest of the idea. We need a decision soon so we can tell ND not to attack GS and go for another city instead.
