I think we have all been a bit focused on the RP war. I took a real look at the map for the first time last night, and I am proposing the following, or similar, to gain us more cities BEFORE the GA (or as close as possible).
PART I
Part I calls for Camps Concord and Cod to each switch to Settlers, these would both complete in 90 BC. These would head for the Red and Green sites. One can be settled in 50 BC, I suggest Red. The other will be in 30-10 BC
Red is a camp. Irrigate that grass, mine 2 hills, rush a barracks, and you have a decent producer for the GA.
Green is the permanant city to replace concord. I would suggest building infrastructure there and let concord make units. Once it grows, we will have a decision to make, but not till after the GA.
The disadvantage of this is that we will obviously have approx 2 fewer Riders for the initial assault. Concord will lose aprox 3 Shield per turn for 5 turns. Cod will lose 3 SPT for aprox 7 turns, then 1 SPT for aprox 10 more. (from current production) However, I think the fact that we will be gaining 2 new cities, if only camps, will more than offset this especially in the long run.
Part II
City sites white and blue are really up for debate. I don't know the plan for movin Port Isolation, so can't really place them well.
The plan here is for Shantung and Port Isolation to rush settlers in 2 turns. These settlers would procede to white and blue...or equivalent to solidify our eastern empire. These wont be built until the GA has started, but will come online in time to get the basic structures built durin it and become productive after.
