Something we all missed, at least I did.
The F11 screen isn't telling the complete thruth, in that we are always one turn ahead of anybody else. I only realised this, when opening a new PBEM that I set up. My culture went to 10 and grew in size, I looked at the F11 screen and of course saw that everyone elses city was still at 1. That's when the lights went on...
It doesn't really makes that much of a difference anymore, just thought I would share this probably already obvious bit of info withthe rest of you (well, that's the kind of guy I am, so
