You'll find that we are a very friendly and creative team... brainstorming, even wackily, is very much encouraged, so please chime in.

Also, as our newest member, I'm sure we'd all like to get your review of our 'building' to date. We haven't done much militarily, but have spent a lot of time and attention on the quality of our early empire. Comments, please?
