I suggest to make draft and final letter that we can send to all teams
(maybe some smal differences might be needed, but in general the letter could be the same)

Since there are alot of peeps who can do this much better then I can, I hope one of you will start on this.

I think that each ambassador better use his own style in his communications, we just have to agree about the actual offer, and how to set the tone. I at least would like to allow myself the freedom of writing in my personal style to the GoW. If the team members rather have a universal composition, it fine, but i think it's important that each ambassador develops its own style of expression in his negotiation- this leaves us more room to manuever: If each team sees the ambassador as an individual rather than a channel through which the team messages simply pass through, a mutual understanding will be easier to achieve.

I think we should begin by asking which teams have met Vox yet, and only trade minimaps with them at this stage. IMHO we can start by asking the Legos.
After we've found Vox's second neighbor, which is our real priority, we can focus on getting the rest of the teams' starting locations.
