Again, this is not an official poll.( that's the preZ's job)

But seeing the lively discussion the last day, I thought this might be a good idea.

just to see where we stand and to get a feel of everyones favorites for this game.

At least we can (maybe) narrow it down a bit

I think we should wait with a poll and narrow out our preferred civs a bit more. And when we poll, I suggest a poll with multiple choice, because there are civs that can be used equally good. As I pointed out in the Civ choices thread, I would be fine with Iroquois, Egypt, Aztecs, Persia and even Americans (although to a less amount). Others may see this similar.

This might be a good place to make a simple statement of choices, rather than just an anonymous vote. That could help us see the direction of consensus without sorting through many words.

So without wasting more words: Iroquois, Egypt, Celts, in that order. [Edit. scratch Celts. Neither Ind nor Exp].

Sorry alva, but it saves the making of a new thread.

                no prob,
At first I wanted to make it multiple choice anyway, should have

                In no particular order:
                China, Iroquois, Egypt, Persia,Babylon,random

I'll vote for Iroqouis and Persia, but i really think we discussed enough about this, except our newer members, but i rather we get this thing over with, and decided.

Another vote for Egypt... which is R/I, btw, not E/I

Arrian, I think this poll is void, read the first couple of posts. You should post the civs you'd like to see us playing with. We will poll among the top civs later. IIRC, you pointed out in the other thread Egypt, Iroquois, Persia and China. So you should here.

                        Ok:

                        1) Egypt

                        3) Persia
                        4) China

well... my choices for the moment would be:
                              Egypt
                              Japan
                              Persian

                              (no PTW civs yet)

Others I'm considering are the Aztecs... and the Greeks(!)

Why Grece? simply the fear factor: who wants to attack hoplites unless they're forced to? This would mean that the initiative rests in our hand: we decide when we go to war with a human civ. I think that this is a very strong diplo option, even if the rest of their traits are far from ideal.
