    new members... for GS part deux

    While we can still use this forum, allow me to sneak in a question. If somehow the new members would get access here, I'll remove it.

    What does everyone think about this Enigma_nova character that acts as our president? I haven't formed such a harsh position on him that I'd like to blackball him, but he's getting close.

    Being enthousiastic and full of energy is one thing, and I don't mind him being new either. It's just that he seems too much of a loose cannon from time to time... I certainly don't agree in all cases where he's making a GS-post.

    I'm really hesitating here, he has made a few posts over the past few weeks which I don't like at all. however, I'm also sure that a demo team can create an atmosphere to tame such a wild one into someone which jumps whenever he can help to further the cause, so to say... amongst my friends I also count a few of these guys which I first thought were just loud and obnoxious, but turned out to be the best people I've ever met.

    Does anyone else have any ideas on him?

    I'm having similar sort of feelings. Thing is, he has already been disciplined by the mods before, and he has not taken any notice of that punishment, it seems.

    I'm leaning towards the blackball, though...

        so... I take it we're currently doing the discussion in public? Fine by me.

        The current discussion doesn't really help me in my decision so far, though. He seems to be willing to adapt, which certainly is good. But his personal views... oh boy. I'm not so sure if I'd like GS to become the cage to tame this wild beast in, however I'm still keeping options open.

          I think it would be better if we let that discussion die out now.

          It is heading into... dangerous waters.

          I think we've all seen enough to form an opinion. There will be more when we have a new private forum.
