        Our Aluminum is on Stormia! It's 6 of OG.

        We can't pay for Rocketry, as we only have 321g. We can send 320g this turn, and 180g next turn. Delaying the Internet build and Miniaturization 1 turn. The only question I have about this is if we send 180g next turn, then attack ND, do they get the 180g?

          GoW has 5 DD and a CV 2111 of Port Isolation. Checking around Port Isolation reveals no further ships.

                We can try, and if not successful use GoW to send the cash while at war. It will take 2 turns longer to reach ND (from their perspective), but at least we won't cheat on the deal.

                  Do we have a NDA with ND on Rocketry? I looked in the logs and couldn't find any mention of it. So I think we could send RP Rocketry (not that it would matter). Probably best not to send it even if we can but something to think about.

                      Another question, do PtW Cruise Missiles have leathal bombard, and are we allowed to use them from Transports? If so, I think we should go with 8 Marines and a bunch of Cruise Missiles.

                        NDA: for the moment it won;t really matter, so why not send it the moment we attack ND? It will keep the initiative of the war on our side.

                        I'm not sure if we ever had an NDA, I guess it was implied from our earliest deals with ND.

                          Using cruise missiles from transports is something dodgy, before trying that we better get approval from Trip. I'm not sure if that is considered bug or 'feature'...

                          I thought they had lethal bombard, though. Wasn't that in from one of the later patches on Vanilla Civ?

                            We'll, I've set things up for Cruise Missiles. If we need to go with Marines we can switch things up next turn before building any more Cruise Missiles.

                            I've delayed our UN build by a turn, swapping some tiles away and Irrigating some too. Research is backed off to 2 turns on Miniaturization, that will give us 40g. So we need 140g from RP. In a pinch, I think we could sell off WW and OG's Factories. They don't do a whole lot for us and cost 6gpt. That would be 60g, and so we'd only need 80g from RP.

                            All of RP's cities are in disorder though, so not sure if they can even get that much together.

                              Here's the setup for the naval strike next turn, and the plan for the invasion.

                              Green = Carriers
                              Blue = BB, DD, Subs
                              Red = Transports

                              Right now we have 10 Transports that can make it to the invasion cities in 3 turns. Then there are 3 more Transports that would be a turn behind, and another 2 turns behind. So we can get a 2 Transport chain in place. There is one more Transport in Monsoon that could be used for some sort of misdirection, and of course anything else we can build up there in the meantime could also be used for that purpose.

                              We will have 4 Carriers that can make it near enough to bombard the target cities the turn of the invasion, but one of them wouldn't be able to bombard Pica. The final Carrier is out of range, and we won't have enough planes to fill it anyways.

                              We have 8 BB, 4 DD, and 7 Subs set up to attack ND's 5 DD and 3 Subs next turn. 11 Bombers and 3 Fighters can also bombard all but the furthest W Sub and DD.
