I would like to take this opportunity to apologize for my lack of input into the team recently. As you may know I've recently taken a new job with a local firm. I expected to have more night time, as my wife is away at Michigan for a summer institute, but man this job is killing me. Basically the boss is trying very hard to not be an attorney, so I am worn out picking up his slack and trying to avoid being sued for malpractice 
Anyway, today was my first solo trial. Only 2 witnesses, but fairly bloody (child support and attorney fees at issue) and my client was a dirtbag and the opponent a money grubber. Fun stuff. Crazy to be doing that after being an attorney for 3 weeks, but I survived.
Too bad I won't get the results for a month 
Again, my apologies for not pitching in. I do have time to shoot a diplo message around here and there, but not enough for any detailed analyses (which I am always hesitant to do, as others here are much more qualified than I)
