    We have 1
GoW has 2 (Zayrut and Death Valley - two tendrils in to ND desert which paid off very well)
ND has 2 (Fordloewenmut and Reki)
Vox (again) has 1 (Panama Vox) - they've probably got Uranium and Aluminium up there too
Lego has at least 1 (Jackson) and probably another in their central desert

      So next - we get

      1. Steel hopefully next turn from GoW then we do
      2. Combustion while GoW do gold. Then we do
      3. Mass Prod while GoW do
      4. Flight, and finally we do
      5. Mot Trans while GoW do
      6. Amphib

Without checking exact costs that's probably about 15 turns +-1. This is how long we have to build a defensive posture for the chance of a GoW backstab, and this is when we can start building the assault units for Lego.

I'll have to check the estimated Mobilisation date ...

At least we have oil, even if not very much of it. Lets pray it doesn't deplete any time soon. Where is our little oilfield hiding? And doesn't it give a nice +1 shield to some city as well?

I did have a look before, but didn't see it, so figured that the shot ws just to celebrate discovering refining.

            Now I see it...

BTW is that tile not railroaded (and a few others) to stabalise city growth, rather than having the annoying 1 excess food?

              Thank God!

              15 turns.

              15 turns.

can't wait to see how this game shakes out.

Coal and Oil but no Rubber. Frankly, if someone would have offered me 2 of 3 back before we discovered steam power, I would have taken that deal in a heartbeat.

grog want tank...Grog Want Tank... GROG WANT TANK!

The trick isn't to break some eggs to make an omelette, it's convincing the eggs to break themselves in order to aspire to omelettehood.

Seems luck is mostly on your side.

Let's see what you can do with it.

Atleast we have the oil. If we did not have GoWs' support we would be toast.

                    To war, it seems...
You just wasted six ... no, seven ... seconds of your life reading this sentence.

I am not sure I understand how luck is on our side? It seems all have oil, so where is our luck? If you mean we avoided further bad luck by getting it, unlike saltpetter or rubber, I am not sure that qualifies.

You could have been without coal...

                        Where would you be then?

Not really. There are a few tiles that so far wouldn't gain anything with RR, that tile is one of them. We only need 5 fpt for a 2-turn worker pump, and nothing is gained by having 6 fpt.

We could have SS a bit bigger (it's size 4, IIRC), there are still 1 or 2 tiles it could use. However, it would only gain us a bit in commerce, not in production.
