The happiness bar - or whatever that row of people is called below the workforce and above the production bar - in Toledo and New Madrid is missing on mine. Barca's OK. On OPD's, it crashed when he tried to open them.
I can still move the cursor over them to get the happiness readings, though. They're both OK for happiness.
