This is after an old buddy tried to get me drunk (I'm not, but the mind is loosened):

    1) The annals of Voxian re-building will be interesting... I am impressed.

    2) I don;t remember sending a Warrior to Bob.

    3) A broad look at the map makes me fear ND and Lego MUCH more than GoW.

    4) Remember: We want to make GoW and ND waste their 3-moves, and thus win a war of manuever... we have a plan in place for that with GoW, but what about ND?

    5) There is a joint ND / GoW attack coming.

    6) We are being too static around RP, and they are too static as well. OFFENSE! MOVEMENT!

I might be partially responding to the quiecsence (sp?) of our forum lately, as well as having recently gotten more active in the ISDG...

It just doesn't feel right. What I had in mind was a 4 city GS / RP fortress, lashing out when and where we could... but there have been no opportunities to lash out, and that has me very worried.
The greatest delight for man is to inflict defeat on his enemies, to drive them before him, to see those dear to them with their faces bathed in tears, to bestride their horses, to crush in his arms their daughters and wives.

    1) Certainly.
    2) We built the warrior there in an ironless city (I think Toledo).
    3) I dunno.
    4) ND are much more careful. If we bring them into a situation where they can't use their 3-move units, it'll probably be in a situation when they realize that this is strategically best for them.
    5) Definitely. We have a few knights to lash out at any GoW/ND survivors that attack Pamplona. Pamplona makes 3-turn vet pikes and has many units, pikes and great defensive bonuses. Hopefully GoW and ND will underestimate Pamplona's strength and attack too early, and then their losses will be much much greater than RP's.
    6) Well, we are moving in the south, but it looks like GoW pulled an unsurprising Lux on us. We may end up going through all the southern towns and seeing them turn into rubble before we can reach them, but GoW has to make a stand in the south eventually - in Salamanca (Alamo), perhaps? We'll need cats for those walls, RP can provide some.
I'm thinking that if we rebuild Valencia with one of our own settlers and then gift it to RP, it'll convince GoW to make a stand earlier, which is better for us IMHO. Let's prepare a settler and send it to the Valencia site ASAP, if we haven't done so already.
