I think that in a difficult situation such as this, it behooves us to leave no stone unturned.
Lego has a pact with ND that restricts them from intervening on Bob, so they won't be help us anytime soon (or at all, probably).
But what about Vox? Sure, they may not be inclined to help us, but we might be able to make it worth their while.
Does it cost us anything to discuss with them the possibility of them landing troops to support a GS/RP counterattack (not for a while, obviously, but in 20-40 turns... a landing up on the NW part of Bob, near GoW's core).
Is it far-fetched? Hell yeah, it is. Is it IMPOSSIBLE? No. Therefore, let's not discard it outright.
