GoW is ancious to chat with me. I will be going to their chat room in a few moments. I will not have time, so I will not be able to tell them much. They will be prying, and they can be good at it. I strongly suggest we limit our contacts with them.

Earlier today they did ask me a simple question. 'What is the status of the NAP?' I told them it is in good shape.

I think we should avoid discussions as much as possible, with all teams. We never know what may slip. I can continue to contact GoW on an as needed basis to keep them from getting too suspicious. Ambassadors should keep their notes short and sweet on these topics. Basically, 'yeah, we have cities on Bob, aren't they cool?'

If Vox or Lego make further enquiries, the response might be 'I'm not sure, I'd have to check through a lot of material on the forum to get you an answer'.

If GoW or ND come calling, stall.

OPD should get into high gear with RP. Not many secrets there. We want to cement our close relations.

DeepO's chat with Lego was good. A little slipped, but it is unlikely that it would be passed on to GoW. It did a great deal to set Lego at ease that nothing significant has changed in the power calculations, and that they can feel free to be happy little builders. Not telling them anything beyond the obvious, that yes indeed we have cities on Bob would have set them to wondering. They know enough now.

Shiber's note to ND was near perfect. I am very glad you guy's reworded what I typed. I did not intend to tell them 'too bad, so sad' in just those 4 words.

We should start an intel control thread. We can list civs and what we have told them. That way we can all refer to it to know what is OK to talk about to which civs if any of us get cornered in chat.

Unfortunately, or maybe not, I have to chat with these guys a great deal due to the ISDG. I can be cornered very easily. I referred to Shiber's note to ND while chatting with MZ so that I made sure that nothing additional was released.

As to Lego contact: if indeed ND and GoW will be bypassing us, there is little else we can tell them other then
"It looks like it is working. We're avoiding major fights, peaceful hampering both ND and GoW to take RP too fast. Part of this might be that ND and GoW still don't fully trust each other, even in their alliance"

I was going to create an intel thread, but perhaps it would be better to have a seperate thread for each civ, so that nothing will be overlooked when dealing with them. Each could be topped, or one thread topped and linked to the other threads.

DeepO, all in all a good chat. You let them know that we are on Bob to stay, and that we may get more than we have now. Good. It tells them why we are doing what we are doing without disclosing the details. They can feel secure since all we are getting are corrupt cities.

There were some bits though, that if they get to GoW and ND, could be bad for RP...

Just to note that since RP is so close to us, their military situation, and all other aspects of their progress, should be guarded as if it were information about ourselves.

Hmmm... you're right, didn't see that. The thing I was going to (but I forgot the punch line, it seems) was that because of us getting a couple of cities, and by the Inchon II maneuver (which I still think we should let Lego know), RP concentrates their forces. Without the risk of us taking advantage, they can build a moderately good defense...

Lego and ND don't seem to be at the best terms, and Lego has reasons to keep strategical information from them, but I'll do my best to keep these things from them. Keep providing comments, though, I know I have the tendency to talk too much
