Sufa can be building Vet Galleys now. We could be doing some recon on the landing 'harbor' sites every few turns. Once RP's Galley is further N, they'd have to suicide a Galley just to know we have any in the area.
A Galley at WW14 could move 44, see NM 36, and move back 66 each turn.Comment

RP would need 2 Galleys (NM36, NM66) to block the 2 best landing sites by sea, which I highly doubt they would be doing. It would be cheaper and more flexible for them to just be blocking the actual land tiles instead.Comment
