    DAMN!

Sorry, don't want to curse, but I just made a heavy mistake, I hope I corrected it soon enough to avoid anyone spotting it

I posted something in the saved game thread (which I was viewing in another window) along the lines of "RP's galley is now at WW7, right? Too bad, we could have moved our 3 galleys into a city last turn, without them spotting us"

I noticed it almost immediately (took about 10 seconds or so), and removed as fast as 'poly let me, I just hope nobody saw it

That is serious, DeepO. Good thing you caught it. I see you got it within the first 15 or 30 seconds (there is no edited by note, which means you were fast). It should be OK. The chances that an RP player saw the new post, and went to that page before you edited are kind of small.

Just a note though. Isn't that the third time someone from our team has posted in the wrong forum/thread like that? Hopefully that's the last, and it will be if we are all careful.

I'm pulling an elite pike and four vet MedInfs back from the northern front this turn. That will give us six vet MedInfs, four regulars, six pikes, and some cats that can be deployed toward RP pretty quickly while still maintaining our northern garrison against Vox. We can pull more forces down if war with RP looks imminent, but I'd rather keep the Voxian front strong until Vox leaves and/or it's clearer how the geopolitical/warfare situation is going to shape up.

Regarding the transport situation, we have four galleys that I just moved into Monsoon to reduce their visibility and three coming up from the south. That gives us seven galleys and the troops to man them available to load four turns from now.

If we do invade, we probably want a knight or two in the initial invasion force. MedInfs can't attack the last unit in a stack and get back under cover to avoid being counterattacked. Knights can if the terrain/road situation permits.

Yeah, I know it was a serious mistake, and am sorry for it... it was unintentional, of course, but still very unfortunate. I didn't remember the post counts, so don't know if anyone spotted it, I tried to check whether many people were online, but from RP only Togas seemed to be (of the ones I know).

It was even the 4th or 5th time this happened to one of us, the first time for me. Looking at the amount of posts we generate, it can't be avoided, but still... a little caution certainly is in order. When it's late, or when I return from a bar, I never post anything in the public forum anymore, and intend to keep that rule.. I don't see any new guidelines I can keep to to avoid this kind of posts altogether (apart from browsing in one window only, but with 'poly's problems and speed the past months, that is no option)

Since this seems to happen to us quite often, should we use this method in the future to launch mis-information?

                What about research?

Havn't we decided to research banking, or are we delaying it to get our prebuilds organized?

@ Sir Ralph... not a bad idea, but I think it might go against our nature.

What is it with our team and posting threads in the wrong forum?
