    Thanks
Mr. Ralphus's wood carvings are remarkable, I must say.

Well, they are courtesy Hans Holbein the Younger and Albrecht Dürer, to be exact.

Herr Ralphus, are you a fan?

I can't say I'm a fan, for this I don't understand enough in arts. But these pictures are just beautiful, and like you, can look at them for hours and admire their details.

Seems like Frater Ralphus put the fear of a Stormy God into Vox.

A respectful and courteous post by Beta though... I don;t know about everyone else, but I very much appreciate it.

This is good stuff... Theseus, even if I didn't comment, I fully support putting my name on the list of starters. However, I don't think I'm going to write any comments soon, first of all I have to find out what's going on with Beta's latest announcement.

Personally I would like to mention that they turned me into a hawk with their behaviour, as it certainly is how I feel. How to put it humorously is another thing...

And to Durer's drawings (etches? how do these things get called in English?): Excellent! Both as pretty pictures to lighten up the mood, as to seeing his work again. Even if it would normally be too grim for me, his things amaze me, and keep me interested. For me he truely is one of the best rennaisance guys.

They're usually called 'engravings', although 'etchings' is sometimes used instead.

And I agree, they look great!
If I'm posting here then Counterglow must be down.

I am sorta bummed out we got into this Voxodus discussion so quickly... I wanted to slowly descent into warmongering madness over a couple of days.

Is there any use to maintaining the rogue general stance, and Frater Ralphus' hysterical (both meanings ) religious rants, while the negotiations with Lego and Vox continue??

Just for FUN?? Pleasepleasepleasepleasepleasepleasepleasepleasepl easepleasepleasepleasepleasepleasepleasepleaseplea se?

Have a twist in the story and do the 'the doves are starting to counter attack - have they been infected by VOX? -' kind of thing.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?

Just in case we want to keep playing the StormHawk game for any reason, I drafted this:

                          PEACE?? FRIGGING PEACE??!!

                          +)(#*%)(%U+)(#*^%#$@_^)($

The Vox dogs have the temerity to ask this, having defiled our chicken farms with banana peels?? And to what masters do these dogs now heel, and what of their nefarious plans?

Does the StormHawk Party stand alone in protest of this foul mockery of diplomacy?

Foreign diplomats and rulers: Be warned. If we do indeed stand alone, nay, even if only I, Theseus, stand alone, garbed in the shreds of Stormian honor, our sovereignty and honor shall be avenged.

Our Stormtroopers shall range across North Stormia with conscience wide as hell, mowing like grass Vox' fresh fair virgins and flow'ring infants. Why, in a moment look to see the blind and bloody with foul hand defile the locks of their shrill-shrieking daughters; their fathers taken by the silver beards, and their most reverend heads dash'd to the walls; their naked infants spitted upon pikes, whiles the mad mothers with their howls confus'd do break the clouds!!!

There will be no peace; this I swear.

I'm gonna wait on some further commentary from the team before doing any public snarling.

I just found the translation for SR's new sig.

It's from Saint John the Baptist, and if I understand correctly is part of the Latin Mass:

"Do you penitence for the realm of heaven shall come nigh to you."

                                Evil genius, man, evil genius!!
