"Beat the crap out of them, or even if you lose, maintain your composure and honor, don;t drop to their level, don;t be sneaky or immoral... it's a game, that's kind of gross. At some point, you may want to raise this with the rest of the teams, but for now, it sounds like this guy bent the rules but didn't break them."
    A good woman. I couldn't agree more.

I'd rather lose than stoop to their level. Seriously.

I'm watching From Russia WIth Love, which definitley makes me feel better, and certainly adds to my bloodlust.

Hey, MSS, weren't you saying something about the StormDove Party?

I too feal like Vox has lost most if not all the credit I gave them...

Taking them out of this game, and re-establishing our position in the world as equal partners in the world stage- I look forward to this.

Sigh... At first glance, I have to agree. Forget about peace talks, just destroy Vox. And if they manage to escape before we take all their cities, go after them with our navy... we can catch their boats if we know where they're heading.

After we got the dirty job done, we post one single public message saying: "we may not be so diplomatically skilled as Beta, but we compensate in other ways. Vox wanted to diplomatically isolate us, and the only option we saw left was to wipe them out. They did not leave any diplomatic options for us, so in a way, we were forced to exterminate them."

Sometimes I feel like Frater Ralphus from the Order of the Storm, walking through the Desert of Tears with his staff and an apocalyptic glow in his eyes, and preaching "Kill the infidels! Burn their homes! Slaughter their wives and their offspring! Don't overlook the signs of the Last Seven Days! No peace! No mercy! Exterminate! Pillage! Burn!"

The one disadvantage I can see for now by exterminating Vox altogether is that Beta won't be gone altogether. He will just be part of another stronger team (and I somehow doubt it will be GS ), while if we leave them alone on Lego(?), then can cry whatever and how much they want, they (he) wont be in a position to hurt us. He's future actions will never have the effect when part of a small Vox then when let's say part of Lego/RP/GoW
(Hmm, although Beta and Togas in one team might actually work to our advantage, to many chefs in the kitchen... )

We could even eventually make a mends (sp?) with Vox(iette) and try to get along. IE forget about the past and look towards the future, that sort of crap

Me too, to be honest. If the other teams want to treat this game as a course in Applied Psychology then they are more than welcome to do so. I'm just not sure I want anything to do with it.

If I wanted to have my mind messed with I'd spend more time with my girlfriend - I come here to get away from stuff like that. Maybe 'serious' democracy games aren't for me.

We seem to have a concensus here... see NYE's posted chat with Vondrack. There is some encouraging stuff, and some discouraging stuff.

Basically, Vondrack kinda feels like us, but worries that most of his team is up for the muckracking bull****, because "it's part of the game."

                                I wish it wasn't.
