I believe this is the Octavian from CFC. I would be inclined to accept him. What do the rest of us think?

I don't think anyone can claim to be active in the spdg anymore, something like 2 - 3 posts per day on average atm. Everything is done in IRC pretty much.
From what I have seen, he is composed, mature and agreeable. I certainly wouldn't have a problem with his membership.
