  • Should the 24 hour rule be enforced?

I'd like to guage interest in what people feel on this issue.

Please vote if you would like the 24 hour rule enforced, or if you are happy with the current status quo, where teams can actually take as long as they want.

24 hours should be the ideal, though as weve all allowed to date if a team needs extra time then as long as they post accordingly there should be tolerance !

Ive voted for 24 hours, though i think the point that really needs verifying is how much time should be allowed extra if a team requires some grace due to work or diplomatic issues.

24 hours only. Go over and get skipped. You don't get a chance to send to the next team and hope they play it. You get nothing and like it.

There was a time to be cool about this, but it is being abused; and abused rules just grow up to be abusers. Let's end the cycle of violence, be smart stay in school, say no to drugs and never never never shake a baby.

Hmmm funny that as youve had the save over 24 hours so do we skip your turn now ?

You would first have to find a mod willing to do this faithfully every time.

We'll come to this in due course. First we shall determine if people want truns skipped or not.

BTW: If anybody has tried to contact me via email, be aware that my email is currently not working, since 8pm yesterday GMT.

Once we have established the feelings of the people to truns, we shall determine their feelings for TURNS.

Have you thought of emailing each team to make sure this thread gets infront of as many people as possible

looks good for the 24 hour rule indeed

                          24 hours sounds good.

A No Mercy rule is kind of tough, though. I have a difficult time with that judgement.

I guess that given a choice between a no mercy 24 hour rule and no enforcement, I will side with the no mercy 24 hour rule.

as previously, 24 hours is the rule

as previously, this is 24 hours to either send or post a valid reason why you haven't sent,

"I'm lazy and I suck" not being a good enough reason

turn playing/skipping won't be anything other than sporadic and completely inconsistent

I won't be held accountable if turn playing/skipping significantly alters the course of the game
                              Are we having fun yet?
