1889 took over again, but as he had left the civgroup, he cannot join back up with the team until he is authorized again. That's between your team to do that though.

From my recollection of the past history of this game, 1889 would be fine with you taking over - he seemed to like PBEM but not DG, so he didn't seem to want to play with a multi-member team. But you can email him.
