You might check that your emails to McMeadows are getting through ... although I haven't spoken to him yet, i'm surprised he hasn't let me know the turn was available (as he usually discusses it via email and/or forum posts)... I was able to play this one, so it's getting out in plenty of time, but I am not the primary turn player and it won't always be possible for me to play turns.
