Anywho my vote is either going to be yes-sgl or no-but make it a mgl. Otherwise we're nerfing the Science civs, and i'm not interested in doing that even if i'm not playing one ...

Yes. And my yes means yes to SGL's as oroginally envisioned. Military civs have better odds at MGL's. At least give the science civs this.

The more I am thinking about this, the more I am convinced we play stock civ with the exception of the starter pack.

All of the team captains were involved in the email chain that led to the resolution of this question. I had a lot of decisions that needed to be made, and these threads weren't getting it done ... so I used my time in an efficient manner

The "Dominae" thread is the collation of all of the decisions of these threads and the emails following them.
