If too slow, turn gets skipped by an Administrator.

Again, people, it's only the above 6 people in post#1 that should be voting ... if you're on a team and not the designated team voter, discuss it with your team voter somewhere else please

                    12-12-12-12 Ha!

All discussion should take place in the ample time between turns.

Did our team decide on this?

Assuming 1889's vote there was serious and intended to be "shortest time possible between turns", then you have. That causes the 3rd age to be a tie between 48 and 24, but the other votes are irrelevant (12 for round 1 is a winner with your vote, and the others were clear majorities).

I'll assume that's the case unless 1889 posts otherwise ... The only relevant vote really is for the Industrial Age, I think we've come to a group consensus on 12 for age 1 regardless of previous voting (and it's a bit late for that anyway!)

I think 1889 is right. We shouldn't drag out this game longer than necessary. For instance, after the initial first few turns, the next like twenty turns can be played without close scrutiny and with only general guidelines agreed among the team members.

Even later most of the things can be agreed on the general level. We don't need to discuss the city builds or the movement of particular units every turn.
