Constitution Discussion Thread

My question is:

Do you feel the constitution is relevant to todays game?

I ask this as the Constitution was written when there were several hundred members, and active parties, active posters, and threads starting and filling so quickly.

These days we have several posters, and a few players...

I don't know,no experience.
But,with few people,a direct democracy is possible(that is known)so may be not necessary a written,pre-made,constitution.
