I want to take a closeer look at our neighbor to our south as our ongoing victim until removed from play. I need to to look at the other borders and forces to see/ guess if this is a good move.

If not maybee something as simple as 5 turns of building
offensive units and infrastructure

now about those workers...need to look at them as well

We are at war with Matsunaga, are other neighbors are disdainfull towrds us

I will leave all the workers alone unitl their task is complete

I say fill the Army with Samurai Archers, and have Some FUN.

When there are no units left in the last Matsunaga city, sign peace for every tech and all Gold they have, then finish them by capturing that city. Yes, I know it would be a reputation hit. But, seriously, does it matter now? We are going to be bonking heads for the rest of the game anyway...

No, there isn't. It was only possible in Civ3 Vanilla, and was considered a bug. Too bad, one should not be wasting Elites this way, not those that could still provide Leaders.
