I am glad that you are all enjoying yourselves.

      re: the rum.
It is hard to come by these days. Since it wasn't invented until the 1650s in the West Indies! But, I'll see what I can find.

      Until then please read this...
Tastings features a huge library of expert Rum and Cane Spirits reviews and ratings, as well as facts and information. Stop by to browse and learn!

I love this part, "The British navy adopted a daily ration of a half-pint of 160 proof Rum by the 1730s. This ration was subsequently modified by mixing it with an equal amount of water to produce a drink called grog. The grog ration remained a staple of British naval life until 1969."
Ah, a sailors life for me!

*Skro leaves the dining area and more clanging of pots and moving of furniture can be heard.

I'll be right there! Talk amongst yourselves...

You took a perfectly normal dwarf song, just replacing "gold" with "rum", didn't you?

Oh, and you forgot the punch line: GOLD!!! ("RUM!!!" in your version)
        Seriously. Kung freaking fu.

Masuro wanders into the inn with Noriko and calls for tea and cakes. "Noriko and I are going on a little trip to Fragrant Harbour so the next leader on the list should get up to the palace right away. Whew, running a nation is thirsty work."

*skrobism burst through the kitchen door, rolling a large barrel.

This washed ashore a few weeks ago. I was using it as a table in back. What do you think "Hispaniola" means?

What do you say we tap it?

Konnichiwa, Daimyo Masuro Keeper of the Nikon.

Here is your tea. Cakes will be up in a minute. Please excuse the delay. When I opened my chaniwa and tea room I never guessed that I'd be graced with someone as honorable and distinguished as you.

Do-zo, will you have some miso soup?
