Ive long been unhappy aboput the campaign to annexe all of Spain but see the sense in finishing what has been started.
Persia would be worth getting peace with if it helps increase trade but they are far enough away at the moment they are not a serious threat.
Carthage we should actively seek peace with these people as soon as Spain is clear !!
Scythia well Peace would be useful so we can focus on the Celts but they must pay for their crimes !!
My view is Celts first then Macedonia

We should be commited to war with Carthage until they are driven out of Spain
On Scythia, we really only need to retake our Silk, and any other city they capture / found along the river valleys.

All 3 ... I like to kill AIs who conspire against the Roman People. Scythia is to wimpy to do any real damage to us, and they have the occasional useful city. Persia is our ultimate threat, and that means why not do some serious damage now? Land a few dozen legions over there ... once Carthage has been ... contained.

The Senate wishes to pursue war with Carthage, at least through the rightful capture of Spain.
I read little interest in an all out war with Scythia and Persia at this time. The borders will be defended. I might even grant peace for the right amount of gold.
