Voted for waiting. Mostly for a moment when there are many builds that will finish in a turn, and few that will finish in 2 turns.Seriously. Kung freaking fu. -

Advantages of Imperalism:
1. Extra gold in every tile [already producing some].
2. Greatly reduced corruption / waste, particularly in Southern Italy / Silicy.
3. Cash rushing.
4. No unit support costs
