I propose the creation of an office in this game with the title Pater Patriae. This person would be the general organizational force behind the game, ensuring the Emperors got the save, played it on time, and generally ensuring the smooth flow of the game. This holder of this office would also get mod powers to keep the forum itself clean. Should the Pater Patriae retire, we'd elect a new person for the job.

Lastly, I propose that Paddy the Scot, in recognition for all his hard work into getting this game going, be given this title.
