Most trading threads should be open for 72 hours. If you do not post in the thread during that time period you will not buy/sell goods. You tiles production will automatically be stored in you Manor up to 10 items.
You have the ability to negotiate with another player and transfer authority over your tile for a temporary period of time. Once you and the "temporary manager" have come to an arrangement you should post the finalized arrangement in this thread.
You can authorize the other player the authority to sell your tiles production.
You can authorize the other player the authority to vote for your tile.
You can charge rent, etc.
