      • Thats only at public auctions. Bidding for slots in a settler can be any amount, or the city can simply assign the slots without charing money.

        Since Feudality is so large, it is not possible to simply give everyone a piece of the settler

        The two tiles that can be chosen are the forest or the hill near the first Suburb.

              • Instead of bidding why don't we set a precedence for them and GIVE them to our citizens for free? Make some sort of deal so that each citizen gets an equal number of tiles from Settlers.
