As mrmitchell and I are the only ones in the chat at the voted for time (and he's been there the whole time), this chat is postponed until the second time of the poll - 0000EDT/0400GMT. I will play through until (hopefully) we get a settler ready to found a new city. Once that little confusion about exactly where to found the city is sorted, city 2 will be built (certainly this weekend - no turnchat would be needed for that), and we can hopefully start the Fedual side of things!
