or maybe put our name on the list of nations who gets to hold the gold for 10 turns...
although if we had it for 10 turns, the next nation would be lucky to get any. I am sure we could spend that in 10 turns

My guidelines for turnchat 39:
Nobosy wants to trade with us technologies.
It seems the deal with England will expire - maybe try to sell the gems again for as much gold as possible.
Some other advices - take the unsinkable galley to some port city so the name stays true.
