I am in the same situation as DZ here and wish to pend refugee from CFC. I have sent a PM to Oct since he is the only person that I know that is a Counsul. Most of you whom post or lurk in the UN threads @ CDG should know the story. As with DZ, PM me with membership details, so long I am allowed to join.

Edit: It seems the rules already allow it. Have you tried joining the Civ group for this game?

I have now. I was not sure how the process of the refugee status would work since this is my first time using my status as a refugee .

Besides that, we would just ask that you state where you are comming from and why you would like to join up here.

It really just is a formality as we accept all players.....well maybe not "Lucky"

Why I would like to join?
Because I was member of the GWT (German Webring Team) which was eliminatet recently and I want to participate in the finals. Since I'm often here at Apolyton I choose to be a member of your team.

i'd be like dare and would not post frequently but i'm anxious to watch the finals and hopefully also winning them together with the rest of your team

Well, I hail from CFC. I want to see the final game, but unfortunately, my home team had to be eliminated. I remember CFC and Apolyton having good relations during the MSDG, and I only speak English (thus, I won't go to C3B (even if I did speak Portuguese... :shudder), have never even heard of PAL or the other victorious team, and I won't run to our conquerers. I can and will participate as often as I can. Plus, I recognize some of my fellow CFCers here, both native Apolytons and refugees. Therefore, I'd like to join your team.
